Coach Jill will conduct daily check-ins with all pitcher using an online Google Sheet. Pitchers can log in to update Coach Jill on their practice sessions and progress, ensuring accountability. Additionally, monthly goals will be set and any concerns can be addressed during these check-ins. This service is part of your monthly package.
All pitchers will be given a pitching photo e-book (created by Coach Jill) of themselves showing the different STEPS to follow when on the mound, along with CORRECT FORM. These photos are great for pitchers to study! Digital copy will be emails to the parents. This service is included in your monthly package.Currently Unavailable!
Video analysis is a training tool, giving Instant Feedback to the athlete. A frame-by-frame footage which allows instructor Jill to do the following.

A highlight video is your resume to college coaches. This 2-3 minute video capturing your skills, while helping college coaches find you. We film it, edit it, and send it to you in a digital file. 1. Get your name out there to college softball coaches. The best way to contact college coaches is by creating a free recruiting profile. You must market yourself through a profile and video to maximize your recruiting opportunities.
2. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. Once you start communicating with college coaches they will see your eligibility status. You must be registered and eligible to play softball at the NCAA level.
3. Many colleges run softball camps. Make a short-list of softball schools that you would like to play for and see if you can attend their camps. Coaches, recruiters and scouts attend these camps and it’s a great way to get on a coaches recruiting radar.
4. Travel Teams are a great way to gain exposure and experience. The best softball travel teams usually consist of the best high school players in each state. A college coach is more likely to attend a travel team’s game than a high school game.
